Document trailer preparation, runners, floor structure, isolation layer, attachment methods, and the decisions that establish the load path into the trailer.
PHASE 02 // BOX & WALLS
Record wall construction, corner reinforcement, sheathing, weather barrier, siding, fastener choices, and every design change that happened after reality objected to the drawing.
PHASE 03 // ROOF & BOWS
Capture bow fabrication, stringer layout, roof skin, canvas or exterior covering, insulation, and aerodynamic decisions.
Lessons learned
This is where the project becomes genuinely valuable as an archive. Not just what worked, but what failed, what changed, and what you would do differently on the second build.
